• Tax form preparation and assistance
• Document review and error checking
• PDF generation of completed forms

1.2 Not a Law Firm

1.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide. FirmaBizz prepares documents based on the information you supply, and we cannot verify the accuracy, legality, or completeness of your submissions.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

2.2 Eligibility

3. Fees and Payment

3.2 Government Fees

FirmaBizz fees are separate from and do not include government filing fees (such as USCIS filing fees). You are responsible for paying all applicable government fees directly to the relevant agency.

3.3 Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 30 days: Full refund for unused services before document completion
• Completed documents: Non-refundable once you download the final PDF
• Technical issues: Full refund if we cannot deliver services due to technical failures on our end

3.4 No Guarantee of Results

Payment for our Services does not guarantee approval by USCIS, IRS, or any government agency. We cannot refund fees based on government agency decisions or processing delays.

4. User Obligations and Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information to government agencies may result in serious legal consequences, including criminal penalties.

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by FirmaBizz and Axiopistis Holdings LC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the information you provide. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use your information solely to provide the Services and improve our AI technology.

5.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
