What you and your client each see
Your client sees your firm
Your business name, your logo and your colour on every page. FirmaBizz appears only in the small required software notice at the bottom. They open the link — no account, nothing to install — and can stop and come back on any device.
You get the finished form back
The official form arrives in your dashboard with your client's answers, a cover page, and every change tracked. You check it, correct anything with one field edit, approve it and mark it delivered. One finished form for one client uses one form from your account.
Only the forms you offer
Pick the services you offer and only those can be shared. You decide how much to put on the account, and it is used one form at a time — so a quiet month costs you nothing. Your own engagement terms with your client stay yours.
How it works — about four minutes to your first link
Create your professional account
Email and password, or continue with Google. Nothing else is needed to look around.
Add your name and logo, pick your services
Upload a PNG or SVG logo (we fit it for you), choose an accent colour, and tick the services you offer. You can change all of it later in Settings.
Send a share link
Press Share on a service, add your client's name and email or phone, and send the link by WhatsApp, text, email or copy. While your licence check is running you can send a sample link to your own email.
Pricing — in plain words
Free start. The account, your branding, the dashboard and sample links cost nothing. Pay as you go at $3.99 per finished form — a link that is opened, half-finished or abandoned costs nothing at all.

We never charge less than $1.99 per finished form. Prices will be reviewed after the first ten paying firms, and never raised on an active plan without telling you first.
Today: billing is not switched on yet. Nothing can be charged and no card is asked for — we turn billing on for each firm by hand once the account is verified. Your account, your branding and your sample links work now.
What we are, and what we are not
- FirmaBizz is document-preparation software — not a law firm, not attorneys and not a government agency, and we do not give legal advice.
- Your answers produce a draft. An attorney or DOJ-accredited representative at your firm reviews, corrects, approves, signs and files it.
- The assistant your client chats with is AI software, not a person and not an attorney.
- Case questions go to your firm, never to us; software problems come to our support address.
- Client-facing links are held back until your licence check clears (usually under one business day) — until then you can send a sample link to your own email.
